HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We will send you an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. 

ūüöźDelivery:¬†U.S.¬†Shipping,¬†takes between¬†1-2¬†weeks¬†for delivery when you click on the¬†¬†"Choose¬†Shipping-United States" option. When¬†the product page does not have a "Choose Shipping" option, then the shipping for the U.S. and International both take between 2-3 weeks for that particular product.¬†All delivery times¬†include processing and shipping.¬†

ūüöźDelivery:¬†International Shipping,¬†includes countries outside of the U.S., takes between¬†2-3 weeks¬†for delivery,¬†unless the product page indicates a different delivery time.¬†All delivery times¬†include processing and shipping.¬†

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards.

You have the options to pay with a PayPal Account or without a PayPal Account.

  1. You may checkout with a PayPal account. When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging into your PayPal account with your PayPal username and password.
  2. You may also checkout without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you'll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment as a Guest via PayPal without an account.

Enter your Payment details, your Billing Address, and your Contact Information.

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal account address or any address that you enter into the checkout process. Please ensure that you have selected or entered the correct delivery address.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 2 weeks, please contact us immediately.

HOW DO I SEE MY COUNTRY CURRENCY FOR THE PRODUCT?

Click on the USD tab and change it to your country currency to see the currency on the product page, but note that the checkout page can only show the USD currency.

ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHERE'S THE REST?

It's on it's way! As stated on our Shipping Policy page, if ordering more than one item, then most orders will arrive in multiple packages. We do this in order to be able to offer you the lowest prices.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt, and cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. For your benefit, our suppliers quickly processes orders so that delivery times can be met.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Since we ship directly from our manufacturers, we currently are unable to offer returns/refunds/exchanges for simple matters of choosing a wrong color or changing your mind. However, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be severely damaged or broken upon delivery when you received it. It must be in the original packaging. You also must immediately provide photo proof of the damaged or broken product when you email notification to us.

Additionally, to complete your refund, we will look up the email and order receipt for proof of purchase. The name on the email and order receipt for proof of purchase must match the name on the credit card where the refund will be applied. We can only refund the credit card of the original purchaser of the product. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Don't worry, if your package isn't received, we are happy to refund your money for all orders not received, unless the courier indicates that the delivery was made.

Currently, we ship to the U.S., UK, Canada, Spain, Norway, Netherlands, Sweden, New Zealand, Switzerland, Australia, Austria, Finland, France, and Denmark. We will expand the countries that we ship to soon.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship directly from our quality manufacturers and suppliers warehouses in the U.S. and different Overseas locations in order to save you HUGE amounts of money on shipping prices worldwide! They have access to very affordable shipping options so we pass those savings on to you by shipping directly from them, and charging you absolutely NOTHING for shipping!
