Shipping Policy


We ship to the U.S., UK, Canada, Spain, Norway, Netherlands, Sweden, New Zealand, Switzerland, Australia, Austria, Finland, France, and Denmark. We will expand the countries that we ship to soon.

ūüöźDelivery:¬†U.S. Shipping, takes between¬†1-2¬†weeks¬†for delivery when you click on the¬†¬†"Choose Shipping-United States" option. When¬†the product page does not have a "Choose Shipping" option, then the shipping for the U.S. and International both take between 2-3 weeks for that particular product. All delivery times¬†include processing and shipping.¬†The tracking numbers are emailed at the beginning of processing. Products are delivered in your mailbox, unless the package is oversized for the mailbox, then it will be delivered at your door, at your local post office, or at your local courier.¬†We are not responsible for courier delays.

ūüöźDelivery:¬†International Shipping, which includes all countries outside of the U.S., takes between 2-3 weeks for delivery,¬†unless the product page indicates a different delivery time.¬†All delivery times¬†include processing and shipping.¬†The tracking numbers are emailed at the beginning of processing.¬†Products are delivered in your mailbox, unless the package is oversized for the mailbox, then it will be delivered at your door, at your local post office, or at your local courier. We are not responsible for courier delays.

If ordering more than one item, then most orders will arrive in multiple packages. We do this in order to be able to offer you the lowest prices.

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt, and cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. For your benefit, our suppliers quickly processes orders so that delivery times can be met.

Also, we will not be responsible for any replacement or refund if the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete. We encourage you to fill out all information in detail and double check your address before placing your order because the address cannot be changed after the order is shipped.

We are not responsible for paying Customs Duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), or any fees a country imposes upon delivery. The customer is responsible for these additional costs and any other associated taxes. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

During the holiday season please allow up to two (2) weeks extra for delivery due to high demand.

Don't worry, if your package isn't received, we are happy to refund your money for all orders not received, unless the courier indicates that the delivery was made.

Note: All orders are processed in USD.

Note: Due to COVID-19, in some instances we are experiencing unexpected delays beyond our control in some of the international shipments. Services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that orders may be delayed up to 1-3 more weeks. Rest assured we are doing our utmost best to eliminate all delays.
